OLIVE TREES

For many years we have been producing oil from thousands of olive trees of our estate.

Our olives grow in a pure environment without any chemical addittives.

This is the reason why our biologic oil has a unique flavour and you will try it in our dishes or tasting and buying it directly in our local oil-mill.

Sea breeze, water, sun and the land of Maremma, these are our ingredients for a genuine and natural oil.
